Inmate Commissary & Web Deposits

Payne County Jail uses CTC to provide inmate commissary services. Deposits may be made online or through the kiosk located in the lobby at the sheriff's office.

Commissary orders must be received by Tuesday at 4:30 PM and is distributed on Fridays.
